This is my partner’s first XOXO. They were Very Online in their own ways at times growing up, but they never experienced the near-total enmeshment of professional and personal social spheres that happened to me about a decade ago, and which upon reflection was objectively insane.
Summer Season (Part 2)
Summer ended with Company coming to town, the touring version of the Broadway version of the West End revival in 2018. The One With The Girl, as it were.

Anyway, I watched “Glass Onion”, and then ugh, I had to write 2,500 words to explain what I didn’t like about it.

Another Jellicle Year
It’s the end of the year, which is exciting but not exactly notable in any sort of round-number way because decades go from 1 to 10, not 0 to 9. If you’re worried about closing the 2010s on a high note, don’t worry; you’ve got all of 2020 to do what you need to do.

Before it gets too far into 2018, I want to do a Draft Amnesty on all my 2017 drafts – things I started to write and abandoned, or things I just never published.
